How Bello Hair & Skin protects your salon customer books, financial statements, and staff commission data.
At Bello Hair & Skin, we believe salon owners should own their customer relationships. We will never sell, rent, monetize, or share your client contact numbers or financial numbers with third-party advertisers or competing salons. Your customer database belongs exclusively to your business.
01Information We Collect
To provide the single-thumb floor operating system and 8-second billing engine, Bello Hair & Skin collects and processes information on behalf of your salon organization:
- Salon Account Information: Salon business name, GSTIN (if applicable), store branch addresses, owner name, phone number, and administrative credentials.
- Client Contact & Floor Billing Records: Client names, mobile numbers, service history, and ticket amounts recorded to generate receipts and loyalty records.
- Staff & Commission Ledgers: Stylist names, mobile numbers, compensation models (piece-rate commissions, base salaries, tips, bonuses, and advance loans).
- Back-Bar Inventory & Overheads: Chemical wholesale purchase invoices, item stock counts, service consumption recipes, and operational petty cash records.
02How We Use Your Data
We process salon information strictly to deliver and improve platform services:
- Powering the 8-second checkout and generating dynamic on-screen and digital receipts.
- Calculating automated split commissions and populating the Staff Pocket ledger.
- Decrementing back-bar chemical inventory based on service recipes and computing wholesale COGS.
- Compiling your 360° End-of-Day (EOD) and Monthly Net Profit & Loss statements.
- Sending critical transactional alerts and SMS/WhatsApp receipts requested by your salon.
03Tenant Isolation & Row-Level Security (RLS)
Every piece of customer, staff, and financial data is partitioned using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). This architectural guarantee ensures that no salon or unauthorized user can ever query or access records belonging to another salon.
04Data Ownership & Right to Export
You own your data. At any time during an active subscription or within 30 days of cancellation, salon owners may request a complete export of their customer database, appointment records, and billing transactions in standard CSV/Excel format.
